The perseverance and courage are two primary aspects of a human being, which are capable enough to help him climb any mountain of difficulty. At various stages of life, a person is forced to fight against the conditions, irrespective of his limitations, and eventually overcome those obstacles to excel in life.

One such instance was witnessed when a video started doing rounds on social media. In the video, a specially-abled child is seen bowling at the nets. Despite his shortcomings, the child was spotted bowling with superb accuracy and pace.

Former India international VVS Laxman was also left stunned by the child’s bowling effort. The batting stalwart heaped praised on the perseverance and courage of the specially-abled child. Laxman took it to Twitter and lauded the child’s spirit and strength.

“The human spirit is one of ability, perseverance and courage that no situation can steal away. Salute to the spirit of human endurance and strength,” wrote Laxman on Twitter.

The video of the specially-abled child was also liked by Mithali Raj

The video has been grabbing the limelight on social media and the child has been receiving many accolades for his bowling as well as his endurance and strength. The clip was also liked by Indian women’s cricket team’s ODI skipper, Mithali Raj.

Laxman, who has donned the commentator’s hat after bidding adieu to the game, had recently spilt the beans on his memorable 376-run stand with Rahul Dravid during the epic 2001 Kolkata Test. Laxman, while reminiscing the iconic partnership, had revealed that both the batsmen took one over at a time instead of thinking about the bigger picture.

‘Come on buddy. One more over’ — This was the only motive of both the batsmen while they were etching history at Eden Gardens. After stitching the historic partnership, both Laxman and Dravid became a household name and left their mark in the heart of every Indian fan. India, on the back of their partnership, broke Australia’s unbeaten streak in Tests and came from behind to win the three-match Test series 2-1.
