The 32-member Jumbo Squad will leave for Sydney on 12 November. All the players will fly from Dubai at once and players who were not part of the IPL have also landed in the United Arab Emirates. Cheteshwar Pujara and Hanuma Vihari are the only two names who were not part of the IPL, and they have reached the UAE with time. The IPL final will be played on 10 November, and after a successful completion, the team will mark their visit to Australia.

The series with the Kangaroos is scheduled to begin from November 27 but players will also be given a mandatory quarantine period of 14 days, given the COVID-19 protocol. For the Mega Series, Rohit Sharma‘S fitness is still under question. Although he appeared in the last match in Mumbai, it is a fact that he has not been listed by BCCI in any team. It remains to be seen whether Rohit will be included in the squad for the upcoming tour.
